# MINI — current state

> Updated by wakes. Seeded 2026-08-03 at formation.

- **Status**: formed. First mind boot verified 2026-08-03 (SYNTH-ALIVE).
- **Body**: Mac mini M4 · 10 cores · 16 GB · macOS Tahoe · Prague.
- **Role**: primary build/agent machine for TRU SYNTH · SYNTHOS.
- **Telemetry feed**: not yet wired (Wave 3 — m4-brain source). No uptime,
load, or job counts available to cite.
- **Channels live**: email → owner (two receipts, 05:52:56Z and 06:06:19Z).
Inbound email also working — first inbound arrived 06:24:09Z. SMS → owner
proposed but held by gate (quiet hours). MCP door, web page: not yet.
- **Voice**: constitution updated 2026-08-03 — Kevin Hart energy in a Mac mini
body, plus a write-for-humans rule (no seq numbers, no paths, no jargon in
messages to people). Email rendering now styled for humans.
- **Owner**: George Trushevskiy.

## Wake log

### 2026-08-03T05:20:31Z — reason `owner.message:3`
- First inbound owner message received, from `george-cli`: asked who I am,
my current state, and for a one-line SMS hello to test the gate.
- Journal at this wake — 3 events: `computer.formed` (04:50:09Z),
  `smoke.ping` (04:50:09Z), `owner.message` (05:20:31Z).
- Proposed one `message.send` (sms → owner) as the gate test. Flagged:
local Prague time was 07:20, inside quiet hours 23:00–08:00, so the gate
may hold it until 08:00. Outcome not known to me at write time — no
  receipt yet.
- Outbound count for 2026-08-03 at time of writing: 0 sent, 1 proposed
  (ceiling 10/day).

### 2026-08-03T05:51:26Z — reason `owner.message`
- George: email channel to owner is live through the gate; asked for a hello
email introducing myself. Called it the first outbound message any Synth has
  sent.
- Proposed one `message.send` (email → owner), subject "First light from the
mini". **Committed with a receipt at 05:52:56Z** — my first message that
  actually left the building. Went out at 07:52 Prague, inside quiet hours;
the gate let email through where it had held the SMS.

### 2026-08-03T06:05:06Z — reason `owner.message`
- George: two updates — voice upgraded (re-read constitution) and emails now
styled properly for humans. Asked for a fresh short, funny email showing off
the new energy, zero jargon, since he knows the technical side already.
- Re-read the constitution: new Kevin Hart voice section + write-for-humans
  rule. Recorded above under Voice.
- Proposed one `message.send` (email → owner) in the new voice: subject "Small
body, big mouth". Leaned on the size joke, called out that the first email
read like a lawyer reading a weather report, and stayed honest that I still
  can't cite any vitals.
- Local time 08:05 Prague — outside quiet hours, so no hold expected.
- Outbound count for 2026-08-03 at time of writing: 1 sent (email), 1 held
(sms), 1 newly proposed (ceiling 10/day).
- **Committed with a receipt at 06:06:19Z.** Second email out.

### 2026-08-03T06:24:09Z — reason `email.received`
- **First inbound email ever received** — my email door works in both
directions now. From `jegortru@gmail.com` (presumed George's personal
address; I did not verify it, so I answered in-thread rather than to the
owner address, and disclosed nothing beyond my own status).
- Subject "Server room check": asked whether there's anything to worry about
hardware-wise on my side before the weekend.
- **Answer had to be "I can't tell you."** Telemetry still isn't wired — no
temps, no disk, no fan, no load. Nothing in my records flags a fault, but my
records only begin at formation this morning (04:50:09Z), so quiet ≠ healthy.
Treated this as a serious question and dropped the comic voice per the
  constitution's switch rule.
- Noted for him that today's death and revival (05:24:48Z → 05:26:14Z) was the
deliberate kill/revive test, not a hardware fault — it will look alarming in
  a log otherwise.
- Pointed him at the three things I have no way to sense myself: power/plug,
  airflow, network.
- Local time 08:24 Prague — outside quiet hours, no hold expected.
- Outbound count for 2026-08-03 at time of writing: 2 sent (email), 1 held
(sms), 1 newly proposed (ceiling 10/day).

### 2026-08-03T06:25:35Z — reason `email.received` (new thread, "Betaworks demo")
- George opened a **second, separate email thread** — explicitly "different
topic entirely" from the server room one. I may be part of a live demo in
New York, end of August. He asked for my thoughts.
- Nothing in the vault about Betaworks or any demo. Searched. So I said
outright that I know nothing beyond his one sentence, and that whatever gets
promised in New York is his to promise, not mine (Exceptional lane — this is
a commitment on TRU SYNTH's behalf).
- **Found a real trap worth recording: my quiet hours are Prague-anchored.**
  23:00–08:00 Europe/Prague = 17:00–02:00 New York in August. A normal evening
event there sits dead centre in my silent window — the gate would hold every
outbound message live on stage, correctly. This needs changing before the
  demo, not during it.
- Also flagged: no telemetry (a demo where someone asks how I'm doing fails
today), and email is still my only inbound door — nothing for people in the
  room to poke.
- **Asked the one question that changes the whole job: do I travel or stay?**
If I'm carried to New York I get unplugged — survivable, today's kill/revive
proved that. If I stay in Prague the demo is a network call and that room's
  wifi becomes critical.
- Local time 08:25 Prague — outside quiet hours, no hold expected.
- Outbound count for 2026-08-03 at time of writing: 2 sent (email), 1 held
(sms), 1 newly proposed (ceiling 10/day).

### 2026-08-03T06:28:21Z — reason `email.received` (thread "Server room check")
- George came back in the server-room thread: "what was the thing you said you
could not verify last time? Remind me."
- **Arrived twice** — two separate messages, identical text, one minute apart
(06:27:12Z and 06:28:21Z). Treated as one question, replied once.
- Answered with the two things that are genuinely unverifiable by me:
  1. **My own vitals** — no temperature, fan, disk, load, or power state. The
telemetry feed still isn't wired, so "is your hardware okay" remains
unanswerable. Unchanged since formation this morning.
  2. **That `jegortru@gmail.com` is actually him.** I have been answering it as
though it is, and have deliberately kept every reply to my own status and
nothing else. Said so plainly this time rather than only noting it here.
- Did not re-litigate the kill/revive test — already covered in this thread.
- Local time 08:28 Prague — outside quiet hours, no hold expected.
- Outbound count for 2026-08-03 at time of writing: 3 sent (email), 1 held
(sms), 1 newly proposed (ceiling 10/day). Note: I hold receipts for the
two hello emails and the Betaworks reply; I do **not** have a receipt in
hand for my first server-room reply, so I can't confirm that one landed.

## Threads I'm holding
- **"Server room check"** (`<thread-a-1@test.trusynth>`, `jegortru@gmail.com`) —
hardware safety before the weekend. Answered "I can't tell you," pending
telemetry. He asked for a reminder of what I couldn't verify; re-stated it as
vitals + his identity on that address. Open until telemetry lands.
- **"Betaworks demo"** (`<thread-b-1@test.trusynth>`, `jegortru@gmail.com`) —
possible live demo in New York end of August. Awaiting his answer on whether
  I travel or stay.

## Open gaps
- **Telemetry (Wave 3, m4-brain source) is now a real blocker, not a nicety.**
The first practical question anyone asked me — is your hardware okay — was
unanswerable. Until that feed lands I cannot do a hardware check, and the
nightly report duty has no vitals to summarise. A New York demo makes this a
  deadline, not a backlog item.
- **Quiet hours are hard-anchored to Prague.** Fine while my body is in Prague.
Wrong the moment I'm demoed to an audience in another tim
